PJ Trailers was founded in 1991 in Sumner, Texas. Over twenty years and hundreds of thousands of trailers later, PJ continues to build each trailer with the same attention to detail that has made them the trailer hard-working professionals count on to do their jobs.
Powdercoating is a standard feature included on every trailer, and PJ Trailers uses more screws to secure the deck on their trailers, as well as more welds to strengthen the frame. Watertight heat shrink wiring connectors are used, as well as grease zerks on almost any moving part.
There are many other things that set PJ apart from the competition, such as their 3 year frame/1 year limited warrenty, which beats the industry standard of 1 year. The trailers are equipped with genuine Bulldog™ couplers and jacks, and all PJ trailers are NATM compliant. PJ trailers are known for their ability to hold up long after other trailers wear out due to the overall build quality and premium components, allowing PJ trailers to maintain a higher resale value than their competitors.
PJ Trailers offer many optional features that the competition doesn’t. Features include the availability of a Trailer Flex® Air Ride Suspension, hydraulic powered jacks, Hutch suspensions, air brakes, winches, toolboxes and much more. PJ goosenecks are built with 2″x6″ tubing outer deck frames, which allow for the wiring to be protected inside. PJ goosenecks have many innovative dovetail options including the Power Tail (Patent Pending), hydraulic dovetails, adjustable dovetails, spring assisted flip-over ramps, center pop-ups, and split pop-ups.
